GDP ranking of 41 cities in Yangtze River Delta: Jiangsu accounted for six of the top ten

41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta have released GDP data for 2021.According to the statistics of “Chat current situation”, in terms of growth, the top three are in Anhui, and the last five are also in Anhui.Among them, Wuhu led the 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta with 11.6% growth.Among the 41 cities, the GDP of 8 cities exceeded one trillion yuan, namely Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Wuxi, Hefei and Nantong.Among them, Hefei and Nantong will join the “one trillion Club” in 2020.Among the eight cities, Shanghai is the only one with more than 4 trillion yuan. Among them, Chizhou city just crossed 100 billion yuan mark in 2021.Huangshan is the only city in the Yangtze River Delta whose GDP has not reached 100 billion yuan.However, according to its size and growth rate, huangshan’s GDP is likely to exceed 100 billion in 2022.In terms of GDP size, Jiangsu, known as “Su Daqiang”, was the “big winner”, occupying six of the top 10 seats, well ahead of Zhejiang (two) and Anhui (one).Among them, Changzhou and Xuzhou, ranked 9th and 10th in the list, are the most powerful impact of “one trillion club”.Meanwhile, five Jiangsu cities — Yangzhou, Yancheng, Taizhou, Zhenjiang and Huai ‘an — ranked between 11th and 20th.Moreover, even Suqian, with the lowest GDP in Jiangsu, ranked 23rd out of 41 cities.In terms of GDP growth, the 31 cities in the Yangtze River Delta outpaced the country by 8.1 percent.Anhui took five of the top 10 spots and the top three, while Wuhu led the list with 11.6 percent growth.However, on this index, Anhui polarization is obvious, while taking the first three, but also “contract” the last five.Among them, Bengbu is the only city with negative growth in Yangtze River Delta region.From the mean value, the average GDP of 13 cities in Jiangsu was 900.988 billion yuan, that of 11 cities in Zhejiang was 668.324 billion yuan, and that of 16 cities in Anhui was 268.371 billion yuan.From the perspective of the first degree, Suzhou, the no.1 city in Jiangsu province, will have a GDP of 2.271834 billion yuan in 2021, accounting for 19.39% of the province, Hangzhou in Zhejiang will have a GDP of 1,810.942 billion yuan, accounting for 24.63%, and Hefei in Anhui will have a GDP of 1,141.28 billion yuan, accounting for 26.58%.Photo source: Chat about the current situation
